🪶The 45th Anniversary of Elvis Presley: 1935 – 1977.

Elvis’ ascendant sits at 12 degrees Sagittarius, along with the asteroids Graceland and Priscilla. .

Transits and progressions for the day that he left Graceland show a man struggling with the effects of an auto-immune disease, a drug dependency and endless emotions about the only woman he ever loved. In life, and until death, it was always Priscilla. And Graceland was his sanctuary, his healing space, his home.

With a heart so full of memories, his final beats were the painful reminder of being unable to pass himself off as truly genuine. Always the performer, always in the spotlight and always loving the sound of his own name, flashy this and women that, the King of Rock n Roll shone brighter than the Sun. His Sun squared the nodes on August 16th 1977, with asteroid Presley in heavenly return, and Saturn holding him in familiar comfort. His life lived in a passionate response to everything, addicted to the highs and now succumbing to the lows.

He was thinking about women while on the throne, thinking about how none of them ever compared to her.
